Every month, the client receives an email from Vesim.us with a secure renewal link.
The link contains a token for auto-login—no password needed.
2. Auto-Login
When the client clicks the link, they are automatically logged into their account.
Security is enforced with a time-limited, one-time token to prevent unauthorized access.
3. Renewal Page
The page shows:
- Client’s phone number associated with the eSIM
- Active period of the current plan
- Amount to pay for the next period
The client can review the information before confirming renewal.
4. Secure Payment
The client completes the payment using a secure payment gateway (Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
Once payment is confirmed, the eSIM is renewed instantly.
5. Confirmation
The client receives an email confirming the successful renewal with updated validity dates.
